"Mummy, when I puke today at school, then you can come and get me."
"Honey, you are not going to puke today."
"I have been coughing, and my nose is warm..."
"You are not a dog."
Now that is the best kid story I've heard in a VERY long time. 5 year old boy- who hasn't been wanting to go to preschool- what he told his mother one morning before she left his classroom. I love it!

Today is the first day of the rest of my life... ah that feels good. Yup, call it a New Year's resolution if you like, or 'Good God Jill- it is about f-ing time!' No more dealing with, but mostly carrying around other people's sh@t. Just mine for now please ;-) Ollie, Chris, Grace and Me. Those are my peeps. All my energy goes to those I love, and who love me back- whole heartedly. No time for the drama, just ask my mama ;-)
So onward, and upward- it has to go up from here!

Most bizarre sentences
What are some of the funniest things you have heard people say? Maybe they were not meant to be funny at the time, but out of context, they are hilarious?
Here are a few of mine:
"You may not leave the room without your underwear on."
"Stop rubbing the cheese on your body."
"Don't bite the table!"
"This is an inappropriate use of whipped cream."
"My Mummies undies smell like trout."
There are others, I'm sure of it, but too tired to remember them right now. PS, all of these sentences were said in a school environment, and were appropriate at the time!
Do you have any?

Have you had a life changing experience? Was it a tragic event, something special, just a thought, something you read? I did, one week ago tomorrow. What was the first thing that you said to yourself when you 'opened your eyes, let the dust settle, finished the sentence, etc.?' I think that is the most interesting thing of the life changing experience. What is the first thing that goes through someone's mind?
